The move went great. Even though dates changed a couple of days, they stayed in constant contact via email so no time was waisted. The piano was moved and put back together with no problems. the men were very courteous and prompt.

Some miscommunication scheduling it in the morning hours which I never ever ever ever ever never never never never ever ever ever do because of my Crohn’s. I think they put an arching smudge of a scratch on my floor too.

I highly recommend this company! I was so impressed with how easy they made this job look. They are pros and they know what they're doing. They were professional and so patient with me as I organized this move between 2 families in 2 different cities. We had no issues and were very pleased with the service.

[Member Name Removed], I apologize you were not able to reach us. We work on cell phones and it can be difficult to answer every call as it comes in. when the phones are busy. We have several other avenues of contact also, a message through Angie's List, Yelp or our web site are all good alternatives. I hope you were able to find someone to help you with your piano move.

EXCELLENT. They KNOW pianos and how to handle them. They move 1500+ pianos a year. Our piano legs and pedals were dismantled and the piano and board wrapped securely. The setup in my daughter’s home was also excellent. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding move! Piano Movers of Texas truly moves pianos all across the state, so anyone hiring them needs to have some flexibility in their schedule. Diane and Gordon provided workable scheduling options for us and used both Angie’s email and phone calls to ensure we were aware of progress. Morgan and Walter were our moving team. They arrived a few minutes early (which we appreciated) and had our piano wrapped in protective quilting and loaded on their truck quickly and carefully. They verified when they would reach our daughter’s home (because they had another pick up on the way) to ensure they would be met on the other end of the move. They were again, a few minutes early (but called ahead to let us know.). The piano unloading went smoothly until they came to a door, through which the piano would not fit. The evaluated the difficulty and relatively quickly quickly devised a safe and efficient solution. The piano (and bench) are now in their new home and we are completely satisfied!

The movers called ahead to let us know they were on their way. Arrived during the scheduled time. Took great care of the piano. Was a great relief to know it was taken care of and we did not have to deal with it ourselves. Will highly recommend them to others in need of a piano move.

Thank you Diane for a smooth and flexible move. We are so fortunate to find such a wonderful company! It is family run and operated. Customer service is above and beyond, you get family treatment from the first phone call and Diane always made herself available for questions. Stuart and his crew took the time to lay down mats on the walking path to ensure dolly did not damage hardwood floors. Piano is wrapped fully with padding and clear wrap. set up is to your satisfaction. For those considering a piano move, you'll find Piano Movers of Texas offer a great price for a smooth and careful move.

I was donating a spinnet piano to a charity. I called Piano Movers of Texas because of good reviews I read. We arranged for the move on a day & time that would work best for me. I was told how much it would cost up front. They called when they were on their way and arrived on time. I live in a pier & beam house but they were able to carefully move the piano down the stairs. They have a lift truck so it was easy to get it loaded for the move. They delivered it and unloaded it perfectly. Great job!

We were moving a console piano from the ground floor of a patio home in Dallas to the ground floor of a home in Houston. I requested a quote by email on a Wednesday and received a response the same day from Gordon Bolton indicating a $30 cash discount. By phone I was able to confirm exact pick up and delivery dates with ease, as well as getting all my questions answered. The price was actually lowered when the exact distance was calculated and we got an additional $20 senior discount. The two men who picked up the piano were extremely careful and professional, giving me every confidence that all would go well. The same movers delivered the piano and placed it perfectly in its new (tighter) quarters. I could not be more pleased with the service.

Had a console player piano moved from Mansfield to Edgecliff Village. The movers called when they were headed to pick up the piano and when they were headed to my house. They were pleasant to work with and scheduled to do my move within a couple of days despite it being the holidays. They provided a quote over the phone and honored the quote. Would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

It went beautifully! The movers were very flexible about the pick-up and delivery schedule. The were absolutely on time when they collected the piano in Dallas. They stored it for me n a climate controlled environment until I was able to take delivery in Austin. they answered all my questions and gave me helpful advice about the placement of the piano in my Austin home. They were punctual at the delivery end as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I couldn't have asked for a smoother move. Gordon gave me a window of 10am - noon, and they showed up at 10:15. Perfect! He and his guys came in, popped the piano up on a dolly like it weighed a few pounds instead of a few hundred, and quickly secured it in the truck. They followed me to the drop off, got everything unloaded, and the whole thing was done in under an hour. The price was also about half of what other companies quoted me. We've moved this piano on our own in the past and it was an all day proposition, so Gordon and his team really saved the day for me!

This was the second time I have used this company. Again, the customer service was excellent. The movers were quite professional, on time, and friendly. They did the three moves in a timely manner and were very careful to protect the antique instruments. I would highly recommend them for any future moves, especially if the itstruments need special care.
