Description of Work: Called plumber on Sat. Call returned on Mon. morning, Flex apppointment scheduled for Tues. afternoon for evaluation of kitchen sink pipe/drain and air gap leak. He and his grandson were prompt, professional, and friendly.Most importantly they did a great job and were very quick about it ! It was great to get reasonably priced service from a real pro who knows his business! I'll recommend to all in need.!

Description of Work: I've have an American Standard Champion model toilet for about 6 years when the lift portion had a problem and the plastic piece broke. I called American Standard for a replacement part (No, you can't get them at H.D. Lowe's or anywhere else) This model comes with a 10 year guarantee and they sent the replacement parts at no cost. I have cracked at least 2 tanks in the past which became nightmares so I learned my lesson and didn't attempt to do the repair myself.. I also had another toilet that always been slow and a plunger was often needed so I decided to replace it with another American Standard Champion toilet.

Description of Work: My kitchen sink has been backing up periodically for the past two years. I have a 50-year-old house but it has been completely remodeled and re-plumbed. I have had two other plumbers come out and do nothing more than run a snake through the clean-out thing and tell me it was fixed. Larry went under the house and inspected everything. He found a sag in the pipes (where water could pool) and corrected it. He also told me about another possible problem and gave me an estimated cost to repair it in the future. He even drew me a diagram of the pipes under the house when he has explaining it.
