Description of Work: The tile was very sloppy when they did the mosaics. I was not here when they were done so they asked my husband to look at it he said it was ok. When I got home I noticed it right away. I called and he was all to unhappy and said my husband approved. I said I wasnt here and I didnt it is not done correctly. So he sent his guy back out. Did some repair and it is still not done properly & is sloppy. Then when we took the first bath in the tub they didnt tighten down the stopper and it flooded down to my kitchen. I had my husband call and tell them about the flood they came out right away and repaired the ceiling. Looks great but they didnt replace the insulation and now you hear everything from the bathroom in the kitchen. I didnt want to call him back as he intimidated me. My husband did better with him but he said he didnt want to call him again either.

Description of Work: We explained what we wanted done for the Angie's List special pricing and were told by the contractor that he couldn't do the work that Angie's List implied for that price and that the total price would be considerably more. So we thanked him for his time but declined to take out a contract with him.

Don't let the "tile and granite" name deceive you...they do a lot more than that. I originally used the Deal knowing it would take more time to do what I needed to have done. The owner came out and provided a bid on the extra work. Occasionally, they ran into something that required my input. I appreciated being brought in to make the decision...this way I was satisfied with the work. | |I do plan on using them again.

Description of Work: Renovated kitchen. New cabinets, 18" tile stone flooring, created opening in wall with granite counter, new sink, painted ceiling and kitchen wall, new lighting it kitchen and hallway, replaced attic door.

Description of Work: They replaced and painted some rotted wood, which took less than a third of the 4 hours in the sale agreement. The sale should better specify that it only includes labor, so either buy the required materials in advance or use the time for them to purchase the materials.

I was extremely impressed with everyone with this company. From the person on the phone, the owner and everyone who worked on my house. They were very professional, went over and above to make sure the customer was satisfied, very prompt and the workmanship was excellent. I also received a follow-up inquiry just asking if I was totally happy with their service and work. I am happy to say I was very impressed with them, have already referred them to someone and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's List Deal to re tile my shower. In addition, I had them plaster and paint the bathroom. There was a delay in the initial scheduling but we were able to find a time that worked. The plaster and painting went really well. There was a problem with the shower floor draining properly but when I called them they came right away and fixed the problem. The shower and the bathroom walls look great now.

Description of Work: Purchased Big Deal on 9/17/14 was ask to give dates for contact, dates provided, contractor could not honor any of the dates provided so offered alternative dates and time but still had to contact someone from Angie"s List for assistance. Finally scheduled appointment but contractor did not honor deal wanted additional funds at which time I told him never mind and am now requesting refund.

Description of Work: I was extremely satisfied with this company. They all showed great workmanship, professionalism, and respect for the homeowner. They were very attentive and strived for perfection while on the job. The contractor was in constant communication with me checking to see if I had any concerns or questions on a daily basis. I was very pleased with their work and would definitely use their services again.
