+ -1 moreHe was supposed to replace the old concrete and resurface it. Instead he just lifted up the old concrete and shot some concrete under it then placed the old concrete over it and painted it. Now the concrete is broken and pulling apart. He came back out in April of this year and looked at it. He had sent two men to see if they could fix the concrete and the rebarb. They drilled holes and tried to brace it with rebarb but it just came back up through the pool deck. He said he would replace it but I can never get him to set up and appointment to come out and due so. It is still under warranty and I have been working on this since 2014

+ -1 moreIt was beautiful when it was done. We purchased some rugs and went to mop and the rugs were glued to the floor. I called and called and called no response. Finally, they reached out to us and came out to get corrected. They came out and ruined my rugs and the floor. Called over and over again and sent another crew out and they damaged more of the floor. Called again and no response. They admitted they put the wrong sealer down. I would never recommend this company. To this day no response.
