Absolutely the worst carpet & shower tile installs I've ever had done. I'm a business owner, we buy & sell houses and had many new carpets installed. I know good installs & workmanship. As the installers laid the carpet, kept noticing sloppy work and would mention what I saw. The installers would make excuses "It will be fine, you'll never notice." Within a year, the carpet buckled from terrible stretching, the pad was poorly cut- 1.5-2 inches short. I made 3 phone calls to the Mesquite office to speak with the owner, never received a phone call returned. The office manager Oscar, in the Red Oak office, who I talked with countless times, refused to fix the problem, always made a worthless excuse and continued with "It's over 1 years warranty." Untrue. They also installed tile the 2 bathrooms. I had a water leak after the new shower was installed that I had trouble finding. After my brother-in-law (A house builder) tore out the newly installed shower tile, he found they drove a screw into the shower water line.- REFUSED to fix it or pay us for their TERRIBLE work. I spent over $14,000 with Carpet Outlets of Tx and had to spend another $3,000 to fix their mistakes and damage done to our house. Carpet Outlets of Tx may be the worst business in Texas, not just carpet & tile business. The bottom line, TERRIBLE. (I should have sued them)

We initially planned to replace carpet and get minimal repairs as needed only on stairs leading to second floor. After getting a quote from Oscar to replace carpet in entire house, we decided to follow that route. Our home includes four carpeted bedrooms and a large carpeted game room. The crew of workers arrived within the time window promised, moved furniture as needed. They removed all existing carpet and padding. As they proceeded they performed repairs to wood flooring as needed including adding additional nails to eliminate "squeaky" areas. The carpet looks very good and appears professionally installed. The entire process took a day and a half.

Exceptional. You will not find better workmanship or customer service. They are honest and dependable - we can not recommend them enough - and the value is amazing. We got high quality wood floor for much less than anywhere else.
Description of Work: We had hardwood flooring installed in 2/3 of our house. We did the first part a few months ago and had them come back and finish the rest of the house this week.

I had a good experience working with the manager, Oscar. Juan and Fortunado did a fantastic job installing my porcelain tile! They were attentive to special requests and were on time, completing the job earlier than I was expecting. I would definitely recommend Carpet Outlets--Red Oak.
