+ -1 moreSystem has inoperable keypads, a mismatched backup battery held in place with a long screw, no siren can be found, no manual, missing sensors on a window, NO response or follow up to us despite repeated calls to this vendor. Better Business Bureau was contacted and this vendor would not respond to them appropriately. Guess you know what next step will be.
