Description of Work: I needed a concrete contractor to pour and smooth a pad for a house. I didn't find anybody that gave me any confidence until I found Steve Cowart on here. Because of his A rating from others, I called him and spoke to him about what I needed to have done. I was impressed with our conversation and agreed to his price. He did everything he said he would, and then some. His crew was very professional, hard working and skilled. Easily an A rating!!!!
