Daves Heat and Air

I had an excellent experience. They showed up when they say they would. They will let you know what will work and what will not work.

Advertised complete system check up. He told me he added freon, because it was low, and everything checked ok. Said the check the next year should show it is holding a charge. I told him it didn't seem to be cooling. His advice was to close some of the vents in the front of the house because that is where the air goes first. I keep my temp at 82 degrees and the unit runs constantly so I had system checked again by another company. Discovered Dave's left the valve open, allowing freon to leak out. Also did not put the ''O'' rings in the caps; that would have helped to prevent leak. The coils needed cleaning, which is why the unit wasn't cooling effectively. Dave's Heat and Air demonstrated dishonesty. Of course they were going to have to come back and do more work. They left the system leaking. Don't trust them.
