+ -1 moreHe came out to empty the tank last time after we noticed a horrible smell upon returning from vacation, so we called him to check it and empty it. When he examined it he determined that it was actually a broken pump and it didn't need emptying, so he didn't charge us anything.

+ -1 moreOverall the experience was pleasant for such a dirty task. They were very professional.
Description of Work: My Septic providers told me it was time to clean out my waste tank. I called around to get estimates and decided on A-1 Affordable Septic Cleaning. I called them to get an estimate and Mr. Ortega called me right back with a decent quote. Actually $25.00 less than everyone else. He was going to come out on Monday morning but he called me later that day and said he had a cancelation and could do it the next day. He was punctual (even a bit early) and was professional and knowledgeable. Him and his worker were done in one hour. I will definitely use them again.
