Viking Inspections

Before I start, understand I called Viking 4 times and left messages with the secretaries and the answer machine to no avail. I was coming coming home to Midlothian exiting on 663. My exit was a 1/4 mile ahead and I was behind Viking inspector car #20511. In front of both of us was a 18 wheeler and a truck was on our left. The Viking driver passed the 18 wheeler, whom wa driving the speed limit, on the shoulder of the highway. Granted the exit was 10 seconds away so I see the need to pass and put all of our lives a risk. The 18 wheeler brakes hard and since I am behind him I brake hard. The person behind me brakes hard. I thought fir sure a wreck was going to happen. I exit and follow the guy to get Vikings phone number of the car and to see the car # so I could identify when I called Viking. The worker sat in his car for over 5 mins. Now I would think since he risked our lives, he must be in an emergency hurry. Nope, he sat in his car on the phone. I am not the guy that does a survey usually and I would not have but after 3 days and numerous calls, I had to. Viking will get zero of my business inspections. Attached are pictures of the car that almost caused a huge wreck on 287 by passing illegally on the shoulder past an 18 wheeler

Kris did our inspection and went over everything with my wife. This being our first house he described everything that needed attention so we could go to the builder to correct. Also, left us with a checklist on what to keep maintained. Will advise Viking Inspections to all of my friends who are in the market to buy or sell.
