Requested afternoon service as my yard is wet in the mornings and it browns the grass when mowed wet, they have come in the morning every time. Promised weed prevention/ control in yard and flower beds, the yard has never been treated for weeds and the backyard has an abundance of weeds. The flower bed weeds are not pulled, a few have been sprayed with a weed killer also spraying my plants, causing damage and killing several. Bushes trimmed and maintained by weekly, this was also a skipped promise, when I confronted the crew at my house they said they would do it the following week, I insisted it be done as the hedges we out of control due to their neglect. It was done very poorly and skipped half of the hedges. My husband has made contact with the company and no response was made, he requested management which then took several attempts to get a response and promised it would be taken care of and not one issue was corrected! Very disappointed

Multiple messages for the owner, no call back, no supervisor dispatch as promised to fix yard. Very frustrating 6 months. Spent $7,000 in landscaping with this company, it looks horrible. Used to have the best looking yard, they destroyed it! Avoid these guys if you live in Frisco, Prosper, McKinney, Allen.
