STREAMLINE POOLS & LANDSCAPING

It's hard to believe that Streamline is affiliated with the wonderful company that built our pool. About 6 months after our pool was built, we called to have Streamline come clean our DE filter, we never got a return call. Each and every time I've called Streamline, the receptionist takes my number, they never schedule anything, they just say someone will call back. Either they never call back OR two weeks later someone may call back. It's really sad because the builders did such a wonderful job with building our pool. Streamline is run by one of the builder s boys, it's hard to believe their service department is run so poorly. Customer service must not even be a part of their goal. After a year of trying to get them to call back to provide routine service on our pool I stopped and found another company. I decided to try again this past fall to see if things had improved. We needed the full DE filter cleaning, was having trouble with the water overflow valve and wanted the salt generator cleaned. I got a return call 9 days after my initial call to ask when I wanted someone to come out to do the service. Needless to say, the service had already been done by one of their competitors who scheduled me for the day after I called and provided impeccable service. Unfortunately, Streamline is absolutely horrible.
