When Rose walked into the home, she knew exactly what needed to be done and as Rose finished, I was able to go in and do my touchup work. They made The decorations and the staging look incredible. After my project was completed and construction was finished, Rose made it look like my company did it start to finish. It was definitely a turnkey operation from start to finish, we worked together like a team. They Are definitely someone I would work with again and I highly recommend using the company in any situation. If staging, contracting, organizing or just simply doing a design work on one room. She is a Contractors dream. Thank you so much for your efforts and team work."

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
