They did an overall good job. It took a little longer than anticipated so we had to be out of the house which added another motel night to the overall expense. other than that they did a good job for us. I would recommend their services.

Justin and his guys delivered a product that exceeded our expectations. Every member of his team was professional, knowledgable and hard working. The job was completed ahead of the projected timeframe with no corners being cut. The crew started punctually at 9am every morning and diligently worked throughout the day to meet their goals. Justin went above and beyond to ensure our understanding of the process. They worked around are store hours. Working late after the store was closed.Floors looked great when completed. Had alot of customers complementing how ggod the the floors looked.

In my initial e-mail to Justin I gave details of what I wanted and also asked a couple specific questions. He replied very quickly (within 90 minutes, even after business hours), but it was a short reply that didn't address any of my questions except for total estimated price. Fair enough. I replied to his e-mail (five minutes later), rephrasing one of my questions and asking him about next steps to move forward in the process. After roughly two days without a response, I sent another e-mail to Justin. In this final message to Justin, I asked if we should communicate via telephone or e-mail (since e-mail was clearly slowing things down), and I told him I'd like to move forward with getting an official quote from him. I never received a response to this e-mail either. Since we never made it past that initial contact, I can't say if this company does quality work or not.

Justin initally was prompt and seemed eager to do the job to my satisfaction. He was almost done with the job and I had to leave. He asked if I could pay him then so he didn't have to return. I did pay him which was a big mistake I believe. When I returned home to see the "finished" job, there were multiple scuff marks where it appeared someone had walked on the paint. The paint was not really the color I had requested either. I called him multiple times and was always assured that he would be out "this week" to fix it. He said the scuffs were not there when he left (but were there when I returned home). The paint has stayed very sticky and seems to either have had the wrong consistancy or something like that. He now will not answer my calls and will not return them either. I would not recommend him at all, but if you hire him, DO NOT PAY him until he is done and you like the finished product.

They did a wonderful job. I had questions after I'd paid them and they left so I called them. They came out to answer my questions and explained everything. They were efficient, easy to work with and answered all my questions. I get compliments on the floor all the time. They were reasonably priced. I had gotten estimates from others and they didn't have a clue. These guys are young so I quizzed them on everything but they are 3rd generation concrete workers and he knows what he's doing.

This company removed the carpet and glue and stained the floor on day one. Then they scored it and sealed and waxed it on day 2. They were excellent. They helped me move 2 large pieces of furniture at now extra charge and were extremely patient with my questions and concerns. They were also lots of fun to work with. They returned after they finished because I had some questions about places in the concrete that looked different. They went out of their way to explain the coloration and cement texture after the finished product. I love the floor.
