Chris was VERY professional, calling immediately when I asked HomeAdvisor for a list of contractors. He called on a Sunday morning and we scheduled for Monday morning (Memorial Day) and he showed exactly when he said he would. He is conscientious and pleasant. I would HIGHLY recommend Chris.

Project: Repair Disconnected Pulley Cable. Chris Blake was very Prompt, on time and completed the work without additional charges. My problem was one Cable coming off the Pulley causing the door to be uneven (not straight) and difficult to close. One side of the Door was rubbing against the Track causing it to not fully close. Chris corrected the problem, and even lubricated the wheels and repaired a minor track dent without additional charges. Good Job for a small Company that makes Texas a Great State to live. He then called back and VERY patiently walked me thru the control board to fix the problem! It is fixed! He saved me the price of a service call ( which was 1/3 of what I paid the last time some one came out and fixed the same problem) ! Thank you Chris for your patience and saving me money! Chris, the owner, was awesome! Two days before my appointment, he called to confirm and learn more about why he was scheduled. On the day, he sent a heads up text letting me know he was on his way and showed up at that time. I again told him that the door was making a "funny noise" and that I wanted routine maintenance done. He fixed the noise by replacing the rollers (which were free because I was a first -time customer), did some tweaking and the problem was gone. When I asked him what I should do to maintain the system, he told me what to buy, where to buy it, and exactly where I need to apply the lube, which I should do 2x a year. He was here less than an hour. He was professional and very polite. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I will definitely use him again AND recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

I contacted Blake and Son and we discussed the issues I was having with my garage doors. I needed new remotes and some other adjustments. I was told I did not need a service call and was told on the phone how to fix the problem. I was even sent text pictures of what I needed to get at the store. I tried to fix it myself but was unable to work on the ladder due to Vertigo. I called back and they were here within one hour. Fixed my problem and did a tuneup for both doors . I would highly recommend Blake and Sons. They were nice, informative, professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with.
