 + -1 moreOutstanding! Mr. Suddard is honest and priced very fair. I recently bought this house that was a rental house. Also Mr. Suddard discovered one of the light switches was bad. He showed me and I had him fix and replace it.
Description of Work: WOULDN'T LET ME CHANGE CATEGORIES: should be HANDYMAN!! Installed a new fence (wood on wood), replaced all water hoses, replaced an outside door, replaced all door knobs & locks, installed new kitchen appliances, changed kitchen sink and faucet. Changed the master bath shower head. Installed pullout cabinet draws, etc.

Description of Work: Mr. Suddard is not only an excellent home repairman, but a first-rate flooring installer with an excellent eye for quality materials. He has done many things at my home including helping me pick and install 1000 sq. ft. Of hand-scraped artisan hardwood, drywall repair, hanging ceiling fans, hanging a Tiffany lamp and even installed a handicapped ceiling lift system for my brother. He re-caulked my bathroom showers, installed my new kitchen faucet and several new electrical sockets. I would recommend him wholeheartedly.
