I would recommend pass up this a/c company and pick a more ethical and legitimate establishment.
Description of Work: They quoted one price to remove and reset an a/c unit on a flat roof as i had the roof replaced. It is a simple straight forward process,However when it came to reset the a/c unit the gentleman doubled his price citing a bunch of extra work that was original faults of his own. He had to make two/three trips just to get it disconnected properly because he just half-way did it the first time and the roofers could not move forward until he did the job completely. I know he had to drive an hour and atleast 2 trips to disconnect it correctly...so like most shady contractors that wont admit a mistake he doubled his bid when it came time to reset it to compensate for his time. I'm sorry but if its not done right the first time it is no ones fault but his own. Ill give you an example of his extra charges so it can be better understood his ethics.. he said the roofers released the freon and he had to recharge and clean the system...now this is common sense and i'm sure anyone who doesn't even know anything about a/c units can see his reasoning is baloney.. He removed the a/c and reset it...offcours it needed to be recharged...its almost comical to hear him say that cutting the lines and completely disconnecting the unit would not release the freon.. theirs some other issues,but i wont get into them. If you choose to use this company go ahead and double your estimate so your not surprised and disappointed when he does it after he starts the job and you have no choice but to proceed.

It didn't go at all. They stiffed me.
Description of Work: I called "Ollie and Roger" about checking my a/c system at my house. I set up an appointment with them to come out the next day. I took off work and re-arranged my whole day to be able to meet them. after waiting 30 minutes past the appointment time, I tried calling them and got no answer. I ended up waiting 3 hours with no call, no show, no nothing. I left them several messages on their number, but nothing. About 7 hours later I get a call from them saying they would have to reschedule because they overbooked.. I told them thanks, but no thanks. Wasted my whole day jacking with them once and that was enough for me.
