We promise to give straightforward pricing, offer options, and at the end of the day, do what's right for you, the customer. We won't try and sell you things you don't need but we also want to fix it when we're out there and get it right.
"These guys are the best! I called several companies and described to each of them the problem with my garage door. On the phone none of them could analyze the problem and wanted for me to pay them to come out to evaluate the situation. When I spoke to Bobbie Dupree, he told me immediately that the motor needed to be replaced and without pressuring me gave me two different models to choose from. He patiently explained the products he had and the cost. Simple as that. A technician that came out to give an estimate was saying that the springs that were installed less than a year ago were the problem and was going to charge me $369.00 to do an adjustment knowing all along that the motor was the problem. He also said that he could replace the motor for $1,200. Dupree charged me less than half this amount."
