You can forget any warranty work to be done. Once they have your money for the unit, you can forget ever seeing them again. They will tell you they are coming out to fix it and then pull a no show. They will let you sit there all day and never call and let you know they can't make it out to do the repair. They are rude, unprofessional, and will give you a line of b.s. just to get your money for a unit. Any place would be better at assisting a customer than these people. Don't waste your money as you will not get any further service once they have installed the unit. My unit in the attic fell from the rafters. This is an installation problem, not a warranty problem. He has yet to call or send anyone by to fix this.
Description of Work: Installed an A/C unit for $5000.00. The unit has a 5 year warranty.
