Was very dependable, and stuck to his word, I am very impressed with the quality of his work.

As of Aug 2008, job not finished. Builder no longer responds to phone calls. Part way through the job, builder complained of being out of money and stopped work (even though I paid approximately 50% up front for materials). I tried to work with builder to allow him to finish the job. In the end I paid $1000 more than the agreed price, all materials were bought. I am owed labor, but builder won't come finish the job. Shoddy workmanship, roof leaks, poor insulation installation. All interior metal beams are rusted because they sat out in the rain for months. Builder will not stand behind work. Gutters, roof, other components never completed. Many broken promises. Avoid!
