Ken is by far the best contractor I have ever worked with. His attention to detail and workmanship are top-notch. He is honest, reliable, and trustworthy. I would give him ten stars if I could. He did an amazing job painting our monolithic dome and 3 car garage. He also helped with landscaping, interior paint, carpentry, and several other things that needed attention. I am so grateful to found him and would hire him again in an instant!

Ken did a great job on installing our tile and wood flooring. He came on time, worked hard and adjusted to some changes we made on the project.

We could not be more pleased with the finished product. Marikenco painted our garages in a very professional and timely manner. They have the old fashioned work ethic and attention to detail that seems to be lacking in today's world. Marikenco also performed all of the carpentry repair work prior to painting and upon completion of this project, our 24-year old garages now look like new. We are well pleased with the results and unhestitatingly recommend them to others. We will definitely use them again should the need arise.

On top of listening to what I wanted done, he had some great ideas for saving cost and the amount of work that needed to be done. I am very pleased with everything he did. Everything came together very nicely and he was done in two weeks which I was very happily surprised with. He said two weeks and it was two weeks. He also let me know I could contact him if I noticed something that needed to be looked at or retouched. Between his ideas and mine, I think I have a really lovely remodeled bathroom. He had also done a remodel of my screened in porch and I am also very pleased with that.

I wanted to have a drop down stairway installed in garage. However there was no room in the attic due to support beams for the roof. I really appreciated that Ken took the time to measure and try different ways to make the stairs fit. He ended up enlarged the access opening, laying plywood and stacking my storage containers neatly. Cleaned up well too. Will definitely hire him for other projects.

Ken Conley was top-notch. The quality of the repairs/renovations he performed on our condominium was outstanding. He replaced the tile flooring with "wood tile planks", painted, replaced various light fixtures, installed new appliances, and remodeled the bathrooms. His work ethic is superb!!

Ken Conley is the consummate repair man. There is nothing he cannot do. He is super tidy, cleans up as he goes. He is conscientious and quiet. He works steadily and takes great care in every detail. He also has a sense of humor and is just an all round nice guy. Very trustworthy. The best handyman we have ever had.

This was a ceiling with water damage. Once the roof had been repaired I was looking for a decorative way to cover the damage. We ended up using distressed gray ship lap look. Being a coastal home....LOVE how it turned out. Please note: Ken of Marikeno was the only contractor that contacted me out of the 6 that I tried. EVER. He is friendly and arrives exactly on time. His work is excellent and he had some pretty good challenges on this job! Will call him back once we are ready for the next project.

Interior work was done on a 21 year old house. The entire interior was painted and as many as 35 original tiles were replaced throughout the house. Other various handyman services were provided such as replacing the garbage disposal and bathroom exhaust fan. Locks were changed out and rotten wood was repaired at the bases of the garage door and the backdoor exiting to the outside. Work was done quickly and to owner specifications. The cost of the entire job was absolutely reasonable. Aside from the work's quality and cost, most appreciated was the flexibility and creativity offered to meet the challenges an older house will present. Communication throughout the job was excellent and work areas were routinely cleaned and orderly by the end of each day.

What I appreciated about Ken Conley is he contacted me about the job I listed on Home Advisors.Com! He was very professional yet very pleasant with which to work. Mary N.'s and Jeremiah L.'s reviews are SPOT ON!! Ken Conley is worth every penny. I felt so comfortable with him that a little emergency arose and I left him in the house alone. Also several days later, I had a couple of questions which I had texted to him and I couldn't believe how quickly he responded--AND IT TURNED OUT HE WAS OUT OF TOWN WITH FRIENDS!!!! I don't think I know of any other laborer or company representative that would've acknowledged my questions on a Friday evening, while out of town trying to have some fun!. I will continue to call on him when I need a handyman. I just hope he'll be available...

Mr. Conley was prompt and professional, gave you an estimate and time to complete project. He had suggestions that improved the project.
