Description of Work: We had them replace an upper deck/balcony and lower deck. Our initial consultation took place in March, we were told that it would probably be a couple of months before they would get started, it actually didn't get started until July. We went well over our initial budget, and it took much longer to complete the job than we were told, but it is beautiful and they did a good job. And they guarantee their workmanship.

Description of Work: GREAT!!!Sullivent Services replaced/extended a deck, added a pergola with polycarbonate cover, and replaced outside stairs and landing. They worked within the budget provided. The project superintendent and crew did an awesome job - following detailed project drawings and specifications; very attentive to each detail (no matter how small or insignificant they may have seemed to us) to create a custom design. There was absolutely no wasted time as the crew was punctual and often worked late. Our project was probably small in comparison to the references Sullivent provided, however, they made us feel like it was a million dollar project.

Description of Work: I hired Sullivent to build a custom deck in my backyard. They were efficient, detailed and thorough. The deck is beautiful--they did some custom trim on the deck, around the tree rings, and railings. Very pleased with Sullivent.

We were very happy with the end product – a nice looking patio we’ve been enjoying using. We will undoubtedly use Martin’s services again if we have another landscaping project in the future.

+ 0 moreIt was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had with a contractor. The salesman gave us an estimate. The owner also talked to us about doing some lighting and other things. He gave us a recommendation of the stone area. It turned out very nicely. The owner came out every 3 days over 2 weeks. He saw things he didn’t like and made them redo it. Everybody that saw it was very impressed. I would definitely call them back for future projects and would recommend them to any of my friends. Once the people started the work, we had the same people for the entire project, and they cleaned up their area at the end of every day.

+ 0 moreAmazing patio work. We did a flagstone overlay of our existing builder-installed concrete patio, and the color, variety, and creativity of the work really blew us away. Martin was forthcoming in telling us he wasn't the cheapest, but he was the best, and he was right. The patio almost looks like a stained glass window in the way the stone is laid out and the sheer variety of colors used. He made sure that the colors complimented the brick walls of our house. He also gave us a winter discount and advise on the best way to seal the patio for stains, etc. Couldn't be happier.
