During this time, she did not always show up on the days we agreed upon. Nor did she always call to say she would not be able to make it. There were also many occasions, she asked me to move our day to another time so that she could "accommodate other customer's schedules". The final straw was when she was to clean our home on Tuesday 3/18/14. She no-showed & sent a text at 7 p.m. stating she would not be able to make it. I explained I would need to discuss the situation in person with her. She showed up the following day. I explained it was not acceptable to just not show up for work and if I did so, I would be fired. She was defiant and unwilling to see that she should have the courtesy to call her employer if she was not going to show up for work. I was shocked that she did not view this as a basic responsibility on her part. Her response when I stood firm was to take our house key off of her key ring, hand it back to me and say "this just isn't going to work".

It was a bad situation, it took her 19 hours to "clean" a 1800 sq. foot house and it wasn't done right. TV channels that we never watch popped up, I think she needed a break from her two small children and this was her way of getting it. :( bad experience.

Stephanie showed up on time and seemed very professional and nice. When asked for an estimate she indicated that she would not give an estimate as she has gotten burned before and that she would let us know what the cost would be when she finished. My sister was at the house during the time that Stephanie was there and let her in during the 3 days that it took to "complete" the job. I wish I would have been there and inspected the job that she did before my sister paid her. Unfortunately Stephanie was paid and she said if there was anything that was found that wasn't done to call and she would return and finish. Once I got to the house to paint, the walls were not washed, the drawers in the master bathroom were not clean, the closet shelves had not been wiped down, the window tracks were not clean and the light fixtures were not clean. Also, the area above the cabinets in the kitchen were filthy and I had to wipe down the baseboards before I could paint. My sister called Stephanie to return to finish the job and Stephanie said that she was busy with other jobs and would be leaving Friday morning for a trip. I called Stephanie and got her voicemail, leaving a voicemail that she needed to contact me to schedule a time to come back and finish the job. That was 3 days ago. I haven't heard anything since. We ended up cleaning the entire house ourselves when we could have been packing and we would saved the $500 that she charged us. I would definitely NOT recommend hiring this person. BTW: This was for a house my 77 year old mother bought.

Stephanis arrived on time and got right to work. The house needed a lot of work, but she jumped right in and got started. She did a great job and everything looked great when she finished.

I wanted to wight something new about Stephanie because she did call me after I wrote the above note, and I wanted to be fair with her. On October 11/2011 she came to clean my house and she did a great job ! , she is coming back in 2 week . Some times things do happen and when the explanation is given it all makes sense, I am glade she call back and I will now recommend her, she does a great job !!!.

She was real nice and everything. We set a date for her to come and clean, and she had to reschedule two times. When she rescheduled for the third time, I looked out for someone else to do housecleaning. I was very happy with the estimated price of $50. She was real friendly, but I was not happy with her professionalism; she had to be here when she said she was going to be here. It seemed like she would have done a good job. I would not use her in the future.

I have been using Stephanie as a housekeeper for four years now (in two houses over that time) and I couldn't be more satisfied with her cleaning services and attention to detail in her work. She is entirely trustworthy, a very honest person who I feel comfortable giving my house key to. Moreover, she is a pleasant person with a lovely disposition - very easy to talk with. She does excellent work, and always returns things to their place so I do not have to go behind her to rearrange. She cleans the floor on her hands and knees with towels, and takes obvious pride in the quality of her work. We are on a bi-monthly schedule, and I am flexible with the days/times she comes, which seems to work best for Stephanie. However, I am sure that if I called her with an "emergency," she'd rearrange her schedule to attend to me as needed. Also, she'll regularly call me to update me if she is unable to make a usual cleaning day. I especially appreciate that she was able to follow us from Pasadena to Missouri City to continue working with us. She works alone, so it may be difficult to get into her schedule, but I absolutely recommend her if you can! Not sure if profile has her latest contact number: (832) 434-5162

Stephanie came to give me an estimate, then returned in 10 days to deep clean the first floor and basic clean the second floor. She was on time, professional and did an excellent job.

She has done a good job. She is a one person company. It was hard to get an appointment with her but when she came to do the cleaning she did a great job. She is honest in her dealings.

Stephanie did a wonderful job cleaning my house. She provided references to me after giving me an estimate and before performing services. My house looks great and Stephanie was very professional.

I found Stephanie on this site. Because of all the great comments (this was several months ago), I decided to call and see if she had any clients in the Galveston direction, so a trip to my parents' house there, wouldn't be so bad. She said, she didn't have any clients nearby. But since, the house is big and needed a thorough cleaning, she thought the job would be big enough to justify a special trip. She said she hoped to finish the job in one day, but could come back and finish on a second day, if necessary. She had to do it on a weekend, because her weekdays were booked up with regular clients. On the day of her visit, she partially cleaned a few rooms, saying the accumulated dust was worse, than she'd imagined. We scheduled another visit. She canceled once for a personal reason and a second time, because of Mardi Gras traffic fears. At that point, we decided not to try to schedule another visit.

Not too good. She did not come the times she promised and came a different time than agreed. She kept changing the day she could come.

Horribly!! After a solo walk through and then an additional walk through with me, Stephanie bid on the job to clean my parents house. I paid her in advance so that she could get supplies. Stephanie made arrangements to be at the house on the following Saturday. She called and canceled and said that she would be there the following day. She arrived and cleaned two rooms. She said that she would be back in the morning. She did not show up. My father called her several times during the week. She never answered or returned his call. I called from a different number and she answered. She told me that she had been out of town on a family emergency. She promised to show up on Monday. She finally arrived on Saturday. She did minimal work. She left the house. I called and she said that she had left for supplies. She promised to return - SHE NEVER DID. She did cash the check, before she did the work. The work that she did do was mediocre. I was very, very disappointed.

Stephanie did an excellent job on her initial cleaning. She didn't have time to get to the refrigerator and oven and left a voicemail for me to let me know she would cover on her next "basic clean". With work, etc. I'm not sure I would have realized she had missed these two items if she had not let me know. Kudos for Stephanie's honesty. She did a great job.

Stephanie is the best house cleaner I have ever had. She cleans as thoroughly as I would myself. She even dusts the crown molding and ceiling fans without being asked. She has cleaned for me several months and the quality of her work is still as high as it was when she started - unlike some I have hired in the past. Also, she is very reliable and personable as well.

SHE'S SOMEONE I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR. SHE CLEANS LIKE HOW I WOULD CLEAN MY HOUSE. SO FAR SHE IS DOING A GOOD JOB.

STEPHANIE IS A VERY HARD WORKER. SHE PAYS A LOT OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL. SHE NOW CLEANS MY HOUSE BI-WEEKLY. GREAT JOB.
