Everything went well. Jose was very knowledgeable and upfront about the process and my options during the estimate. Communicating with the office manager was easy -- she was very responsive via phone and text. The crew that arrived was on time, worked diligently and efficiently all day, was polite and respectful to my home, did prep work to keep the property clean, and cleaned up after themselves completely. The only thing I did not expect was that removing the old windows would be so loud (hammering the old frames out), so I wore earplugs a good part of the day as I was working in my office. I would definitely hire them again for any other work (e.g. doors) and have already passed their info along to a family memeber looking to update a rental property.

Excellent experience. Jose and Veronica were prompt with responses, accurate in their estimates of how long the job would take, and personable. In Addition, when two of the windows showed manufacturing defects, Jose handled the whole warranty process, and replaced the windows in two weeks at no additional cost to me. Jose was not the lowest bid (it was close), but I did trust him more than the other contractor.

Quality Windows & Doors' Jose Romeo bid the lowest for equivalent work and materials. I did not take his bid. I won't say which Angie's List people did get the contract, but it was close. I'm having the windows and a patio door replaced. My decision is based mainly on the manufacture’s warranty and mechanical options. Please note that Jose did offer an option I liked so much, I'm having it added to the other contract.

Jose and his crew made a positive impression as they installed 30+ new Burris windows. The removal of the old windows and installation of the new windows was done is a courteous manner, efficiently, and professionally. Jose stayed on the job working along with his crew. I would not hesitate to recommend Quality Windows and Doors to anyone.

everything went as Jose explained it me. He did everything he told us he was going to do and more than we expected. Great price when compared to other window contractors. Windows selection was great, we choose a two color beige interior and bronze exterior.They still look great after five year in the Texas climate. I would and have recommended Jose and crew anytime. Very clean and very professional. Thanks guys keep up the great work.

Very professional and provided items not included in contract (small but important to the job).

The solar screen and the skylights were fabulous. I had an east and west windows that I wanted solar screen and then I had the solar screens that I wanted the sky lights on. The quality of the windows, workmanship, price and the diligence of the owner would make me recommend them.

This was one of the best, if not the very best, experiences I have ever had in my 25+ years of being a homeowner. Jose' and Veronica, as well as all their employees, were always courteous, professional, understanding, thorough and just awesome to deal with. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help us in our decision making process. The installation was handled very professionally. They took extreme care to protect our home (and we are under major renovation so a lot of contractors we have had in here have not been as careful) and to keep mess to a minimum. They know what they are doing and every bit of work they did was of utmost quality. Their name fits! Quality Windows and Doors will always get my business and my recommendation. I only regret it had to come to an end. I wish they were handling all aspects of the rest of this remodel! Thanks Jose' and Veronica. It was a true pleasure working with you.
