+ -1 moreWhen informed that certain items he installed did not work properly, Howard demanded that we pay him more money to return and correct these problems stating that he was only required to install things not to make sure that they worked properly. We hired someone else to remedy these problems, even though we had already paid Howard for the entire project. Needless to say, we will never use this arrogant jerk again.
Description of Work: Bathroom remodeling.
