I've worked with Manuel and his crews since 2017. Consistently, the crew arrives on time, as promised and the work is completed properly and efficiently. The crew members are courteous and clean up when the job is done. American Construction and Roofing is the first call I make when I initiate any type of renovation and I strongly recommend them.

the project came out pretty good. the cost was a little more than the other contractors quotes but was impressed on how they explained how the project was to be done ( parts and labor ) that got me to choose them.

We had damage from a squirrel which caused a leak. Manuel came out promptly, assessed the situation, and arranged a repair the very next day at a reasonable cost. We have had some rain since and no more leaks, so the repair was effective.

Very poor communication from company once work was completed.

Manuel and his crew were on time, worked was complete in the time estimated. They cleaned up after the job was finished and hauled away old roofing materials. I am very satisfied with the repair work performed, I would definitely hire again.

Manuel Hernandez and his crew were amazing to work with. They showed up on time every morning, they worked hard and completed the work quickly. The crew was very respectful of my property and friendly when I asked questions. They went above and beyond my expectations and I will definitely be calling them again for future projects.

They are very reasonable by comparison. They did good work. We are happy with it. I felt like I got value. The owner was really good. The whole time the guys were there, he would stay with them, although he was inside helping me put blinds and ceiling fans, and all kinds of stuff. I would use him again.

I am dissatisfied with American Construction. They left grout residue on the tile, which left it spotty. They came out twice and tried to mop it away and they didn't have any success. I have had success myself, in cleaning and scouring it and so I provided them the cleaning products I had used for them to do it. When they came back out, they spent maybe 15 minutes in trying to do it. They actually left the floor in worse shape than it was to begin with. They didn't even rinse off all the cleaning products.
