Asked the contractor for References and he has never called up back.

Bid process was prompt and professional. Wrong stone was ordered for countertops, but was quickly remedied. Had an issue with installation of small bar top for look through window in kitchen. Adhesive did not hold and they did not install supports. They came out and re-attached, but I had to purchase and install my own supports. Backsplash install looks great. Was not installed per bid - installed on wall that was not supposed to have tile, instead of wall behind stove - BUT... we ended up liking it better and declined their offer to install per original bid. Installers did not cut out properly for GFCI outlets surrounding sink. Quickly made arrangements for them to correct.

Extremely smooth process! Steve(contractor) has his own crew so never was there a day work was not being done. They are very meticulous about their work and want you to be happy.

We were in desperate need of a bathroom renovation. I mean, an entire gutting start from the beginning. Having heard horror stories regarding contractor renovations, my wife and I had our reservations, initially. From the time Steve walked through our door, we were sold... And yes... we had obtained multiple bids before he had come out. He was SUPER personable and willing to offer suggestions to enhance the ideas that we had for our bathroom. The job went extremely well. His crew was very professional, and ensured things were done to our expectations. We have numerous renovation in the near future, and Steve will be the guy we use to get it done. Before and after pictures posted below. A++ service.

All workers were friendly, professional and capable. They listened and responded to our comments and requests. The finished job was functional and beautiful.

Installed woodgrain tile throughout house; the transformation is incredible. A new process was used in removing old tile flooring which resulted in virtually no dust residue. The professionalism of the installers was remarkable. Highly recommend Quality Construction.

Steve helped me pick out the granite that would look good in my home and once that was chosen, he told me where to go to pick out the backsplash. Then Steve gave me a firm price based on the granite and backsplash I had chosen. I choose very slowly so it took me many weeks to make a decision. When I told him to go ahead with the work, they started the tear out within the following two days. I was given a choice when to start based on my schedule. The granite and backsplash were installed in about four or five days. Steve even had them put some stained quarter round where the backsplash would look better with quarter round. The details like that that he took care of were just awesome. When the design I had chosen for behind the sink did not work like I thought it would, the installer showed me another way that it would look better. I really appreciated that and it did look much better than what I had laid out. Steve also hooked the sink faucet and stove back up. The last day or so were people coming back for minor things like putting the switch covers back on. The switch covers were delayed in shipment. The workers were very friendly, professional and neat. They cleaned up everything they could possibly clean up. This work is dusty, so there may be some dust you have to clean up. I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did. When Steve left, he said if I had any problems, to call him. I have no doubt that if I called, he would come promptly to deal with the issue. While we were getting choices made, every time I called him, he either answered immediately or called me back very quickly. I recommend Steve Visser with Quality Stone Works.

Job was done completely as described and excellent work was performed. I am extremely happy with the workmanship and results of the project.

First I'll begin by saying the owner Steve Visser not only saw to it I had a beautiful finished product, but he is a good man in general. He is extremely easy to work with and is very reliable...I feel as if he lives by the old saying of say what you mean, and do as you say. His workers...I have never felt so comfortable having strangers in my home as these men. Polite, extremely hard working, reliable beyond measure. I worked out a key system with them in case I was not home when they came or left...worked to a tee! These men would even close all my blinds, lock the doors and leave a light on for me in the evening, because it wasn't unusual for them to work until 7:00 pm on some days to complete the task for the day. They kept things as clean as possible during a construction project, cleaning up each day before they left. I must say it went perfectly and finished on schedule. The finished product is beautiful and everything about it looks like should have been this way all along. The home is 24 years old and needed some updating. I was concerned that opening up all those walls would give it a warehouse look but that is far from the case. The men worked diligently with me to make sure the finished product was to my liking. I changed my mind a couple of times during the tear out phase on leaving headers dropped or not, they gave their educated advice and took my thoughts seriously. We ended up deciding to leave a couple areas dropped and one ceiling flush...turned out amazing and very attractive. All the sheet rock texturing and painting matched the existing perfectly and the updated recessed lighting with dimmers is amazing. The granite and backsplash tile is beautiful. I must say, the granite on my island had a "natural flaw" in it that I just was not happy with and Steve did not hesitate for a second to replace it for me. The floor turned out beautiful as did the bathrooms. My husband and I are both so impressed not only with the quality of work performed but the professionalism and high standards Steve and his crew showed throughout the process. I will recommend this company and these men as individuals to anyone who is interested. By the way, we have never had doors operate as smoothly as the two new doors they installed...it was originally only going to be one but it worked so wonderfully after they installed it my husband said get them to do the front door while we have them available! These men are perfectionist no doubt. Excellent, A+, perfect 10...can't rate our satisfaction anything but amazing! Seriously can't think of one thing to complain about.
