Description of Work: David's Discount Plumbing changed the toilet for me about a year ago.

Description of Work: Repaired a toilet. Did a good job of resealing it. Lost the chain while putting it back together. Had to come back the next day to finish. Attempted to repair the shower temperature control put was unsuccessful. The plumber was not familiar with it. This was a waste of time that I paid for.

Description of Work: I called for service in the morning and was told that they would be here by 3:30pm. They never showed and they never called to give me a reason for not showing. Finally called another plumber.

Description of Work: I called them out to clear the clogged main drain; They responded in less than24 hrs. I asked them to clear the clog and to remove the cleanout cap, that was frozen in the cast iron pipe. They went to the other end of the building and ran the auger twice up backwards to the flow and they never ran it thru the other end of the pipe. The plumber advised there was snags and sags in the main drain and if there was any more problems to have a camera run thru the drain . I checked the flow and it was good. Four days later the drain clogged again . They responded the same day and ran the auger thru the drain backwards and was advised the manager would be out later with the camera and run thru the drain. He did not come out and called later stating the camera was broke and would be the next afternoon. Upon his arrival he entered the drain with the camera from the high side and hit a hard object appx. 38 feet into the 80 foot drain .He did not try to enter or remove the cleanout cap and check the other end 42 feet. He advised that the the other end of the drain was most likely just as bad looking as the end he checked and that I shound have it all replaced. I asked for a proposal for the job. Two days later the manager gave me and estimate to tunnel under the slab for approxement 45 feet rather than replacing the 80 feet as advised.
