Called Grace in the morning, took a little while to get ahold of them, but got a call back to verify what work was needed and to let us know that they would call back later to schedule a plumber for repair. Didn't hear back until late afternoon but they stated that someone was coming by to take a look at the busted water line. Main plumber was easy to talk to and work with and I walked down the area with him. They go to work immediately and although they needed to make a parts run, the repair was completed within the hour. I was able to pay on the spot with a credit card and they were packed up on their way as soon as payment was complete. Great experience, they'll be my go-to from now on.

Our initial tub we ordered was cracked. Grace Plumbing returned it to Victoria for us. After installing the second tub, he noted a small chip in a corner, which we hadn't seen. He again returned it to Victoria and installed the second. He didn't charge us for the returns. His work is top notch and we have had no problems with it in the past year. We've used his once more for our water main since then, and he was excellent then as well.

Grace plumbing promptly returned my first call Jan 3 2014 for request for installation of 70 foot of water pipe and connect me to my new public water supply. They were at my home that afternoon as promised, gave me an estimate, and set up an appointment for installation on Jan 06 2014. By late afternoon Jan 06 my water was connected, They used top quality one inch Pex pipe, returned for an inspection for any possible leaks (no leaks), and insulated my above ground lines where my whole house filter is mounted.. This job also required digging a trench 65 foot long about 1 foot or more deep and adding an outside faucet. The trench was covered after final inspection. The final bill was very close to the initial estimate and I am very happy with the service. I highly recommend this company.
