Description of Work: The company did not finish the job as they said they would. Never came out to complete top shutters or ordered parts for finish of shutters. I believe they felt the under bid the job.

 + -1 moreIt was a two part process. Removal of old useless rusted shutters and installation of motorized new ones. Jeff's bid for the project was significantly lower than another contractor's. We are very pleased and will use him again in the future.
