+ -1 moreThe supplier does not answer his phone. The supplier does not return calls. The suppliers repair of shoddy workmanship is failing again in less than a year..AGAIN!!!!
Description of Work: Follow up to the previous review. The supplier came back 6 months ago and replaced the trim that was peeling. The replaced trim is now peeling again.

+ -1 moreInstallation went well. Professionally done in a timely manner. 9 months after installation we noticed pitting and corrosion on one of the sets of windows. Emailed and got a response 7 days later. It appears the doors, which were excellent quality, has a different quality finish than the fixed windows. The window finish is less robust than the doors. I would rate the doors a A for quality. Window frames a C. In the end the company replaced the window frames and stood behind their product.
