My electrical problems dealt with the aftermath of a fire and it took some time to find someone willing to look at the work needed. All the members of the Batas Services crew, including the owner, were knowledgeable, hard-working, prompt, and polite. I met Chad at my house to go over the estimate and what it covered. He explained it in detail to my total satisfaction. Work started promptly on the date agreed and was completed in the time frame given. In other words, Batas Services did what they said they would do in the time frame given and for the price estimated. Two more problems were identified and also corrected during that time for the estimate provided for those tasks. All repairs work just fine. I would not hesitate to call on Batas again and I would recommend them to my friends and co-workers.

Before we called Batas Services, our kitchen was dark and gloomy. We knew we needed an update on the lighting, but we weren't quite sure what we wanted. Batas Services was very helpful in suggesting options in order to maximize lighting in key workspace areas in the kitchen. They were very professional, showed up on time and got the job done in less time than i expected. Upon completion of the job, all they left behind was a nice bright kitchen! Batas Services was so helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We will definitely use them again.

Their job quote was very competitive but their knowledge and professionalism excelled and resulted in our decision to use this company. They offered various cost effect options and provided additional details on the step by step work they would be completing so there would be no surprises. In our project, electricity had to be ran from the front left corner of our home, up and around to the back right side where our new hot tub was installed. They were committed to getting the job done quickly but never appeared to be rushed or cutting any corners in their quality work. Before the work began, they even assisted in moving the tub into place. Going the extra step for a customer is a rarity in today's world which brings back the true meaning of Customer Service. Chad and Johnny were friendly, knowledgeable and after the job was completed, even assisted in getting the tub running for testing. The installation process was fast, professional and even the site was cleaned and prepped before they left. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have either residential or commercial work completed. I will eagerly share this company with friends and family for any of their future projects.
