Description of Work: I hired this company to level my home. The owner (Juan)really made me believe that he knew what he was doing at first. He informed me that the total job would take 4 to 5 days. Gave him 1500.00 down for the materials on May 27th. He then left for Dallas till May 29th. Did not see any material on my property till June 1st. The guys started showing up here and there, different hours of each day. One or two days we would see them then no one for two or three days. All the while i am calling this guy Juan and he is telling me that he is going to get right on it.I told Juan to change out all rotted wood and he agreed that would be done BEFORE jacking. They jacked before all beams were changed. still to this day June7th still have one beam left to change and he tells me the leveling is done. My closet in my bedroom is ripped down the corner so that you can see the back yard through the crack. My floor in my back living room and bedroom i seperated so that you can see the ground underneath. I am still fighting after 12 days to get the last beam done and job right. I would not suggest anyone use this mans services for anything. His people are very unproffesional. Absolutely no communication. The worst contractor experience My Wife and I have ever experienced. I will spend another 1000.00 at least for another contractor to come behind and fix this mess. Take my advice Do not use JLB roofing and leveling for any repairs that you have.
