+ -1 moreThis service was a Groupon offer for $45 to clean a three bedroom home. She did a decent job, however I told her that the bucket she was leaving with was mine and she said no that it was the owners. I waited until the owner called to see how satisfied I was and I told her about the bucket, and they brought it back. She wanted to know if I wanted them for a return visit, and when I asked her how much they would charge, she said normally, they charged $80 for what they did today, and I told her that was too high for the area that was done. I did not mention, that the Groupon ad said that for a three bedroom home they charged $60, and I only had them clean one bedroom, and used my cleaning goods. $80 jump in price was ridiculous! For that reason, I was not satisfied.
Description of Work: Two people showed up and I let them use my cleaning products, and they both started cleaning, but then the owner left and let the other girl finish. The gal she left behind, cleaned one bathroom, one bedroom(my mother's), kitchen, living room, dining room. There were two other bedrooms, however, I told her not to bother with them. One was my office, the other was my bedroom, and do not feel comfortable having people I don't know in.

+ -1 moreI had a coupon for a discount so I called them to schedule. They showed up on time, introduced themselves, did a quick survey of the rooms and asked if I had any special requests, brought in their supplies and got to work. I did not have to give them any direction. They moved things to vaccuum under and behind, they washed and put away the dishes I had in the sink, they even changed a lightbulb in the bathroom, they were very careful with the electronics and handled them properly. Worked non-stop and my house is shiny and fresh! Their website is: www.seamates.net Check them out!
Description of Work: Excellent workers. Very Professional. They dusted, vaccuumed, scrubbed bathrooms, kitchen, dishes, from top to bottom, you name it they cleaned it. They moved furniture to vaccuum and even remembered to get the top of the fridge. Thorough, efficient, ethical and concientious.
