I had an issue with the way I was charged, beware of them charging you for their membership lead fee. This is illegal to pass on their lead fee to the consumer. The problem was that I was being charged by the hour and they had issues with the products they purchased to install,. It cost them at least 30 minutes of time that I was to pay for. They offered to wave their fee in lieu of the time they were charging. And, on top of that, I had to help them adopt an old fixture to cover their product mistake. Had I not helped, they would have spent 30 more minutes trying to work out their problem.
