Description of Work: I called Village Green to get a quote on lawn fertilization and weed treatments. Ken was prompt to reply to my phone call, was friendly, and provided a quote quickly. Their pricing also seemed competative. I did not end up using Village Green, but only because I was able to find a company which was able to do some of the landscaping work that I needed done in addition to the weed treatments. I would consider them in the future based on their friendliness and responsiveness.

Description of Work: As an out of state owner you never know how things will tiurn out. But I am very happy with Village Green's service. They called with the a detailed quote. I ok'd it and they had my system up and running like new. They even worked on and fixed a few little things at no additional charge. Very friendly and professional service at a great price. Description of Work: I paid for the big deal to inspect and realign sprinkler heads. Several of my sprinkler heads needed replacing or were root-bound. They quoted me a price to fix all of them and then a per hour price and approximately how many they could fix in the time frame that I could pay for. i went through my yard with the technician and picked the heads that I wanted him to fix first, then second, then last to make certain the most critical ones were fixed first. I knew he could not fix all of them but I had a set amount that I could afford to spend and got the most bang for my buck. The technician did a great job and cleaned up and placed the sod back where he had to dig up to fix a broken pipe and the root bound heads.

Description of Work: We came home from a trip on a Sunday afternoon to find two or three sprinklers leaking significant amount of water on the street and found out this had been going on for a day or more. We could not figure out how to shut down the system, which is quite old, and I called Village Green because of the good reviews I saw on Angie's List. Village Green listed an emergency number, so I called, and I heard back from Steve right away. He agreed to come out right then and managed to shut down our system and scheduled a repair appointment for the next day. He was very professional, and I was really grateful that he responded right away and came out promptly, even on a Sunday.He suspected a broken valve (which we suspected as well), but the person who came out the next day, Daryl, concluded that it was just a cylinoid, which was much easier and cheaper to fix. He fixed it in less than 30 mins. and then checked our system to make sure everything was working properly again. We have not had any problems since then, and I was very impressed with the company and would definitely use them again.

Villlage Green did a great service in replacing all of them and making sure they covered the area properly for all the sprinklers. The technician worked quickly. Description of Work: The 2 service technicians arrived promptly, professionally presented themselves with their IDs, and performed the sprinkler evaluation as defined in the coupon offering that I had. When completed, they showed me what needed repairing and I asked them if they could do it at that time since I had the day off and couldn't be around for another day. They said they had the materials that they needed and could fix the broken sprinkler heads, etc. They finished the tasks and set the sprinkler system up for me in quick time. I was most impressed with them and the quality of their work. 5 months later, and all still works well.

Description of Work: The technician contacted us for an appointment and arrived as scheduled. This person was all business and did a class A job tuning up our sprinkler system. We will use this company for future sprinkler needs.

Description of Work: They repaired our broken sprinkler; they got it done in 30 minutes and because the deal was only an hour long, he did some other maintenance work on the sprinkler. He checked it out and did work where there were problems.

Description of Work: Darryl Harris, called to ask if he could come a little early. He arrived, went right to work. He first checked my system programming to make sure it was correct and efficient. He then checked every sprinkler head in every zone in the yard. He found 2 sprinkler heads that were damaged and fixed them. He added a more efficient sprinkler head to a small area that was not watered as it should have been. Darryl was professional, courteous, cheerful. I have already recommended the company to friends. They are A+ in my book.
