Description of Work: They checked sprinkler system and found heads not working properly. If they could be adjusted, they did that. If they needed replacement, they told me how much each would be. I requested an additional rotating head in front yard. They worked quickly and efficiently.

Description of Work: I paid for a spring lawn aeration coupon that looked promising because of reviews published about the provider, and low Big Deal price. I sent an email to Mr. Kenneth Hyatt to schedule an appointment. Mr. Hyatt kindly told me that he was sorry, but he does not serve the area that I want the work done. Mr. Hyatt stated that this has happened before with Angie's List members. I think a good solution would be for Angie's List to make sure they obtain as much detail as possible from the provider, specifically stating the ONLY areas the provider serves. I realize how tricky this can be, as there is always a "gray area" that may exceed the cost-effectiveness of the service. The providers have to make a profit, and probably do not make much, if anything, from their great deals. So there does have to be some limitations for the mere fact that longer distance is more gas and more company time required to honor a request. The experience was not really bad. Mr. Hyatt was very nice when I inquired and I contacted Angie's List for a refund. Now, Angie's List is taking care of my request for reimbursement.

Description of Work: I bought this deal for a sprinkler tune up since this is a new house for me and I didn't know if the sprinkler system was included in the inspection. They kept me informed all day of any delays and when they were on their way to my house. They fixed the few problems I had and helped me to understand the new control box installed by the previous owners. They were very professional, helpful and prompt. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I bought a service, the service provider ended up being 2+ hours east of Fort Worth. The service provider contacted me and even offered to honor the deal. No way I ask a guy to travel 2 hours out of his way to check sprinklers. Angie's Big Deal team tried to get a local Chem Lawn provider to honor the service but they had no luck.
