Description of Work: After determining that my system was not leaking, we surmised it was coming from the neighbor's house. Although I was told that there would be 'no charge', I still offered a 'service call' payment. Again, the technician declined. It was impressive given today's economy. I would absolutely call them again.

Description of Work: "they charged $100 per hour to walk around the yard and sit in their pickup for about 38% of the time. they did find the leak and fixed it but really I could had had a whole brand new station put in cheaper. I let them tune the sprinkler system which should had taken about 10 minutes but tool almost an hour and eve today there are several heads that do not work properly. They are not plumbers or licensed plumbers but they charge more. |overall quality is okay but the time to do the job is outrages,GO ANY WHERE ELSE AS FAST AS CAN. They sent 2 people one to bluff you and the other to do the work. RUN AWAY IF YOU CAN. It was some time ago and I do not know the exact date or cost but this is close. I had and obscene bill for about 30 minutes of real work. They knew it and ~ $108 and he dug more holes and finished the job in 1/4 the time. these people lead you to think they are doing something when they are not. They design their time to waste 1.5 hours before they really get started. Run Away from them if you can. Remember the lawyer jokes there should be some for these guys too. I Paid my bill and do not see Angies list as trust worthy any more. they too are easily fooled."
