Went very well. I was left with many useful suggestions.

One thing that really stood out was after they left, I noticed a sprinkler spraying up into the air. I think I broke it when, but wasn't sure. I called them and they offered to come out and fix it. However, I failed to call them back to arrange the day/time. They followed up with me several times and eventually came out and fixed it. They went above and beyond.

Service was good for the work done in adjusting the heads and setting the timer. I felt the tech was knowledgeable and honest in his evaluation. He followed up with a reminder email when it was time to change the timer for the winter season which was greatly appreciated.

Did a great job and would use again.

Ken meet with me initially to evaluate my lawn. (I had lost large areas of grass in the previous year due to heat/bugs/fungus/something.) He recommended a plan that took into consideration my budget. (For example, he suggested that we try the fertilization treatment for a year and see what happens...vs planting expensive sod with the coming summer heat that may not take. The grass is coming back and the lawn is looking much better...and no weeds. In fact, Ken was out just this last week to re-evaluate the progress. He video recorded his review and sent to to me by e-mail. They have also been providing mowing/edging services. They have been prompt to respond to all inquiries and have been consistent in service. In fact, I'll soon be working with them for additional sprinkler service. Price ways, I believe they are competitive with other similiar services.

See above. Darryl arrived promptly and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He systematically reviewed various components of my sprinkler system and diagnosed a leakage problem . Lucky for me, it was a quick and easy repair. I am so relieved! I felt like the price was reasonable and fair, but I did not check excellent because I have no idea how their pricing compares to that of similar companies.

I emailed their website Sunday. Monday morning both Darrell and Charlie called me. Darrell arrived Monday afternoon before the designated time. He was very efficient, wasted no time. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Darryl and Village Green were absolutely fantastic. Darryl was the consummate professional - gave me several options and the pricing - the pros/cons - and left the decision to me. I felt like i received a tremendous value for my money and would certainly use them again!

Village Green introduced us to a new mosquito control program a few weeks ago while installing landscaping in our 1 acre yard. The mosquitos were rampant - not only was the crew covered in bites but so was I. We've have a very serious threat of West Nile in our area and it had gotten to the point where I was avoiding going outdoors for long. The initial treament of the entire yard was very reasonable at $150. The treatment lasts 4-6 weeks before another application is needed. They suggest about 8 applications a year (all but the coldest months). The follow up treatments cost $80 less then the initial cost! I was hesitant at first that this treatment was too good to be true. But it works! It's so nice to be able to spend time outdoors especially during these cooler days without the nuisance of mosquitos. If you don't want to sign up for the ongoing treatment at least consider it if you're planning to have an outdoor gathering. Village Green has been a pleasure to work with - calling promply to schedule, reminding me they are coming, showing up on time and completely explaining what they will be doing. Give this a try and start enjoying your outdoors again. I'm glad we did.

They were prompt, on time and professional. I was very comfortable with what they did with my system and look forard to using them for Christmas decorating. They informed me they supple the lighting for the decorating and other supplies.

Charlie came out on time and performed exactly what he was supposed to perform. Also, adjusted my timer on my watering system.

Village Green treated our property (which they also landscaped beautifully for us) with Mosquito Assassin treatment to cut down the number of the pests in our yard. Given the West Nile Virus concerns in the Dallas area, as well as our lawn's extra-watering requirements due to the new plantings, we felt it was a good idea to take care of the pests. Before treatment, I would get bitten 5-10 times just in the few minutes it took me to feed the dog outside or let her out. My toddler was constantly covered by mosquito bites. After treatment, I kind of forgot about the fact that I had the yard treated until the owner of Village Green stopped by to check on things and asked me if the mosquitos were any better. It was then that I realized that I hadn't been bitten in nearly a week. I spoke to my wife and she said the same thing. Ever since the treatment the mosquitoes seem to be reduced by a huge amount (90%+). I am very happy with this treatment and had it added to my maintenance plan for my yard so we can enjoy the new landscaping in peace.

The work was completed satisfactorily. Village Green replaced two heads and added three additional heads to improve coverage. My lawn is looking much better.

Gave us unique fixes that we had not thought about, such as adding our fountain to the irragation system so we did have to go out every few day and fill up the water jar. He was on time and was professional.

I am very satisfied with the work performed by Village Green. I would recommend the company to have work done on your sprinkler system.

The expeience was smooth. Daryl is very good at what he does and fast so you get your moneys worth. He made the needed changes to get the coverage I wanted and fixed leaks left behind after some yard construction from another company. He answered the questions I had and did a great job.
