I am a do-it-yourself-er but needed some help from a professional. He did an excellent job adjusting sprinkler heads and re-programming my controller. I received useful information regarding lawn care. Will use this company again for my flower bed project in the near future.

They showed up a bit early, which is not good, as I had just left the office to head home when he called to announce he had arrived. Once I got to the house he was extremely friendly and professional. I explained the service I needed in detail. He was knowledgable and professional. He finished the installation in just about an hour. I could not be happier now that my sprinklers run themselves!

Getting an appointment was pretty easy. They arrived on time, and went right to work when they arrived. After checking the sprinkler heads and observing some problems I described, the technician made a recommendation to work with a plumber for a water regulator that he suspected was involved in the problem. And, he was right! the regulator was bad, causing pressure problems in the irrigation system and throughout my house. Once it was repaired, everything was back to normal. I sincerely appreciate his professionalism, knowledge and honesty.

Very well. What I also appreciate greatly, is the follow up, as well as the timely emails suggesting watering times for the seasons. I like these folks a lot, and they have been MUCH more responsive than some others that I've used in the past. They're keepers.

He was early (which is usually a good thing), but early means 8:00 am on Saturday. Other than that, he did a great job working ont the sprinklers and evaluating the yard.

We were very pleased with Village Green for our sprinkler system, which had not had maintenance for many years. Although the final cost was twice what we had anticipated, because we had three non-functioning zones, in the end we felt the service was worth the cost. The service man actually spent about twice as long as projected for the quoted price, because diagnosing the problem was quite difficult and time-consuming (everything is underground!). But, he did not charge us extra (over the estimate) for the extra hours, and two extra trips back to finish the job; in truth, he was frustrated with the difficulty of the problem. The system works well now, and we are pleased. In addition, he was very easy to deal with, and showed up precisely when he said he would, and was even very flexible as to when we could be there to provide access to the controller inside.

Ken Hyatt, the owner, is very personable and professional and took time in our first meeting to describe all their services clearly and explained what he thought I did, and didn't need. The technicians that perform the actual service are always prompt and professional and I would certainly recommend this company for lawn treatment service.

Charlie and his assistant came at 9:30 AM and checked the heads of all my sprinklers and repaired or replaced those heads and leads which needed care. He then programmed my sprinklers for the winter to water my grass at 3 AM on Tuesdays and Saturdays. He showed me how to use a short cut to use more water when Spring and Summer arrive. He was very friendly, polite and professional and I would recommend him.

We found them real professional. It was excellent and they gave us a lot of time. They did not push us into doing any of the things. They have spent a lot of time on it, there was two of them that worked together. The designer kind of contracts out from the company but there seem to be a real cooperative relationship between them but I never felt pressured. I would not say it was low key but it was not a pressure thing.

Thorough and knowledgeable, on-time and professional. We had a few spots where the grass was getting thin. He adjusted the timer settings to increase each watering cycle and these spots have filled in again very nicely. We were very satisfied with their work.

They were very friendly and explained every thing very well, so I knew exactly what was going on. Their professionalism. I like to do all of my yard work myself, but I would hire them out if I was going to hire somebody.

A wonderful job. System was inspected and adjusted where necessary, including setting the timers properly (I was under-watering). Technician fixed a couple of bad sprinkler heads. I really like the email updates I continue to get, reminding me of weather condition adjustments. Highly recommend.
