Company contacte me, scheduled the work, and showed up on time for completion. No issues.

Overall average. Did the basics fine. I had to re-point few things for specific assessment. Guys seem more interested in driving the up-scope sale then fixing minor things (tuning).

They were on time and came at 7:55 am when the appointment was set at 8 am. They called the day before the appointment and 30 minutes before their arrival. The 2-person crew was professional and curteous. They explained to me what they were doing and showed me some maintenance tips. I am satisfied with their service and will use them again.

It went well, just took a bit longer than expected.

Charlie called me at about 10am to let me know that they had run into a very difficult job on their first stop and that they would be arriving later in the day. It worked ok for me as I was off that day. That's the only reason I put down a "B - Good" on the Punctuality column in the review. They called about 20 minutes before arriving to let me know they were on their way. During their inspection, they found low flow in one sector and found a broken pipe and fixed it for very little additional charge. They completed the work quickly and efficiently and I didn't think it was expensive for what they did - inspect the system, dig a a hole, cut the pipe, replace the pipe, fill the hole. I sure didn't want to do it and they did a great job and now the system is up and running 100%. I plan to call them in March 2014 to do my check up again!

I called Village green after I purchased the discount coupon and I setup the first appointment. They called me 24 hours in advance of the appointment to reconfirm and showed up the next day to perform the services. Approximately 6 weeks later they called me to set up the second appointment and again confirmed the appointment 24 hours in advance. They treated my lawn as agreed. I have used Village Green in the past for my sprinkler system and I will continue to use them. They are always courteous and helpful. I normally treat my lawn myself but this year I left it to the professionals. I am very satisfied with their work.

The work was fine. It was average. They were responsive and on time. They did the work which was pretty simple. So they didn’t do very much. The reason I went with them was because they had the big deal and I got a discount. So it was great for the price. They had a recent big deal for this year and I was thinking of using them again.

They did an excellent job and I highly recommend this company.

Did a great job on aeration of our lawn. Used another company a couple of years ago and the 'shafts' were abut 12 inch apart. With Village Green it is about 6 inch: Much better! Will use them next time again for aeration. Good deal too ($59) through Angie's list.

They did a great job. They did what they said they were going to do and didn’t pressure us into speding additional money. They were very nice people and also did a follow up with us. I would certainly have them come back

I found this company difficult to deal with on a substantial landscaping job The company was not interested in doing the landscaping unless their landscape designer did the work. They said that they would, however, be able to help with a changes to the sprinkler system. When they called to schedule an appointment, I was told that they charged $110 just to provide a quote! Ridiculous. I'll never call them again, and warn my neighbors.

Company did a great job. Lawn is coming in nicely.

It went great. After signing up for one of Angieslist's Big Deals online, Charley Rickett contacted me within a few days by email and we scheduled a date for the work to be done. The crew came that day and did the aeration work. I was not able to be here that day but work was definitely done based on all the little plugs of dirt all over my yard. I am hopeful the aeration will give my yard the boost it needs. Thank Village Green.

He did what he was supposed to do. They treated the yard without even bothering me. They are providing me with follow up e-mails to keep in touch with helpful tips. They will be coming back for the second treatment at a later date.

The first appointment had to be rescheduled because they ran into problems on another job. They called on the day of the new appointment and asked if was ok for them to be early - about 15 minutes. They knew what they were doing, they were efficient and showed me the items that needed to be adjusted or repaired. The complete job took about an hour. I would definitely do business with Village Green again. They are professional, courteous, prompt, capable and reasonably priced. What more can you ask!!!
