Sam from Village Green did a phenomenal job troubleshooting and repairing my sprinkler system. I had a couple of zones that refused to operate. He was on time, very professional, and provided me with information about my sprinkler system and how it operates. It was a bitterly cold morning, but Sam didn't let that bother him. Great service, with fair prices. i would highly recommend this company and irrigation specialist (Sam) for your sprinkle repair.

I am very pleased with them. They are very good. For eight times a year of lawn care, it is about $100. They do lawn maintenance except for mowing. I got them off somebody else’s lawn, I saw their sign out there and that is how I got their name. They do good work. They are very helpful and very knowledgeable. They will answer any question you may have. Kenneth would even talk to you on the phone directly, so it is good.

I had been using Tru-Green lawn care for some time and became very unhappy with their service. They constantly had service mix ups and problems with scheduling. So I checked on Angie's List and saw Village Green had very positive reviews. I contacted them by email and received a phone call in return on the same day. He advised what their service provided and quoted me a price that was very comparable to Tru-Green, actually a little bit cheaper, and arranged for the first treatment to take place with in 10 days. It is a bit soon to be able to tell the actually affects of their service due to only starting in the fall. We will see what happens this spring just how good the service actually is. However, I will say that they have been very easy to deal with to date.

It went great. I signed up for one of Village Green's Big Deal offers, they contacted me shortly thereafter and scheduled a tech to come out and perform the 1st treatment. I am sure the other treatment will be done just as proficiently and thorough.

Called Monday morning to try and get someone out to my house, talked to a woman who said they would need to call me back. Over 2 days later, still no call back. Business must be booming to the point that they don't have to return phone calls. (must be nice) At any rate, I found this to be very unprofessional.

We were pleased with the work. He also gave us tips for maintaining the foundation.

I am literally just writing this because the pop-up has appeared every time I've gone to your site since I hired this contractor nearly three years ago. Please stop.

Great! They were very professional and very helpful. They just keep some things that we might want to do in terms of coverage for lawn. They were great. I do not remember, I guess we had them out after we bought the big deal but I do not remember when it was. So, I think we spent about $70 with them in addition to the big deal. I would rate them very highly, recommend them to others. They replaced date, so, they aligned all our sprinkler heads to make sure that all of our lawn got coverage. And they replaced one sprinkler head that had been run over and speaks one that had messed up.

They are okay. My husband deals with them, I don't, so I have no idea. We have used them twice. They are very very prompt as I had some emergency service that I had to done. We are happy with them. We would continue to use them.

I think they didn't do a very good job. They left trails of clippings about 10-15 feet long in little piles. When they cut the lawn, they had most of the long trails of clippings on the lawn which didn't make it too attractive so I called them out and they said they would do a good job, but they came out and did the same thing. I guess maybe I wasn't patient enough to continue the process so I changed to somebody else. It wasn't terrible but it was poor quality. I wasn't here when they came. When I came back, the lawn was cut. They may be here at the agreed upon time. I can't say for sure it was them, but when they come to cut my lawn they had to go through a gate. At the backyard I have a dog and it has free access to the house through a doggie door 24/7. Typically when anyone came to the backyard, the dog would go inside and maybe hang around and watch a little bit, so typically they went inside and I noticed after I told them I didn't want them coming back to cut the lawn, they were supposed to come over that day, and when I came home the gate was open and my dog was outside. Let's say that was kind of a coincidence, I'm not saying they did it, but it never happened and most people don't open the gate when there's a Doberman in the backyard unless you just let the dog ran out. That kind of soured me. I could be wrong in blaming them.

Village Green is a fantastic local company. The owner, Ken Hyatt, is very responsive via e-mail and is always available to address any concerns I might have. They always contact via e-mail and a phone call to let me know they are coming out and always make it to my house on the day they say they will arrive. I once forgot to unlock my backyard for them, but they came out a second time free of charge. I have been using them for a year and my lawn in the summer time looks fantastic! Their prices are in-line with other lawn care providers. I highly recommend using this company!

We had them come for I believe 7 months in a row last year and by the end of the year, almost all the weeds in our yard are gone. They did a great job.

The salesperson was difficult to work with. He kept wanting to do it his way, instead of the way I wanted it and had discussed with him. The reason he was here was to not do it like everybody else. He was also not very responsive during the sales process, and did not communicate a couple of details with the technician so a couple of things had to be redone. The technician was absolutely fantastic and consulted me constantly on the lay out and options he thought about that would make the system even better as the project went along. Overall I was very pleased with the results, but there was frustration with the salesperson, some of this could be attributed to the non-standard design, but in the end it worked out great and I will use them in the future.

We had a very good experience with them. It was very pleasant. We didn't have any issues with them. They were nice. They were a little bit on the expensive side as far as pricing. The quality was very good. They were pretty quick.

It went well. They honored the price and my grass looks better that it than last 10 years. They were cheaper than renting an aerator.

I think there was room to improve on this service.

Their product is great and my yard has been mosquito free.

My front & back yards were in terrible shape. They brought them back from the brink very quickly.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. Clint was really good. He was wonderful. They called to let me know that he was on his way or if he was going to be delayed. I really enjoyed them and I would use them again. They were very professional. They answered my questions. They would give written estimates if more work needed to be done. Their prices were about like everybody else.
