+ -1 moreThey worked with me and after the guy came in and replaced the box we asked if he could reconnect my parents DVD player on their newer TV. My parents are disabled and not able to go out and watch movies in theaters so with the Fios in our house and the added DVD player our family can enjoy movies in our home. He was not in our home very long as he knew what was needed. We have had Verizon Fios several years now. The internet and the bundle works well.
Description of Work: One of our cable boxes was not working right and a possible need to have a service call was created . They listened to my request of maing sure a new box was available fr the day of service

Description of Work: I just wanted to comment on the recent news that Verizon Fio's has been sold to frontier for Texas, California and Florida. I have had a few problems with Verizon Fio's over the last few years but from what I hear that is nothing compared to that problems with service, speed and customer service that frontier customers deal with. It looks like I will be shopping early for a new provider!!

+ 0 moreThe price is comparable to other service. It might be a dollar cheaper because I have the bundle. I don’t have television service with it. They have great service and I have never had any problems. It was a great experience and I have recommended it to persons I know. The only time I had a problem they responded quickly.
Description of Work: I used Fios and I have no problem with it. I just have phone and internet.
