Description of Work: We signed our pool contract on May 8, 2014 and didn't have water in our pool until September 23rd. First complaint was when Venture came out to draw our pool on the property, they made it smaller than what we contracted for. We paid extra to enlarge the pool area and the redraw was never communicated to the numerous contractors building the pool. Venture decided to add more decking and less pool. Luckily we brought to their attention before they starting digging. Then, the only time we saw a Supervisor was when he came to collect a check. There was even a situation where one of the plaster crew decided to relieve himself inside the pool before they plastered. They were never timely and didn't react to our repeated complaints until we made numerous phone calls. Very stressful!!!

 + -1 moreThe over all experience was great except for the sales person. Not putting all the information on the contract. We asked for a in-line water fill and a floating remote that was water proof for the spa. Since the sales rep would not put the items on the contract and kept saying he always referred to his notes and would remember what we had talked about. Well, it was not on the contract so it cost us extra for the items of almost $2,200 more.
Description of Work: Jeremy was the sales rep. For the purchase of an in-ground swimming pool & Spa. With a grotto, 2 weeping walls, cleaner, heater, remote control system.
