+ -1 moreVery badly, repairs were not properly made resulting in additional damage to our home. The company is unresponsive.
Description of Work: Contracted for roof repairs after Trident previously replaced roof. Repairs continued to leak causing additional damage to our home. After repeated attempts to contact Trident, they would not return our calls or inspect the roof. After initially agreeing to turn the matter over to their insurance, we were not contacted. During our last attempt to resolve this issue, the company president refused to do anything and hung up on our call.
