They were very responsive. They called me back right away to set up a day and time to get the job done. Then they showed up on time, and I thought that their rates were very fair.

I was very pleased with my entire experience with this company. Their consultant came out and gave me written estimates on several different systems, thoroughly explained the work that would be done, and was able to answer my questions. The crew that came out was very professional. They arrived on time, and worked hard until the job was complete. The company then arranged for the city inspector to come out and check the work, which passed inspection without any problems. I highly recommend these guys. Their prices may be a little higher than the competition, but it is worth it because they do not cut corners. I could tell this company trains their workers well and that they care about their work. I am already seeing big savings on my utility bills.

It went well. They showed up when they said they would. They finished everything that day and hauled everything away. They even vacuumed the carpets afterwards. I was very pleased. The nice thing is that they did not try to argue with me on replacing the whole unit. Plano has some new requirements that will kick in for A/Cs in Jan, 2010. They wanted me to understand that after that point, they could not repair anything on the unit. If money was no object, the right thing would have been to replace the whole unit. And money will always be an issue. They explained the options and then did what I asked.

Total Air & Heat was first class from start to finish. When our heat pump went out, a tech showed up promptly to evaluate the problem. When it was discovered that the unit had grounded out, upon consultation with myself, the tech quickly had a sales rep on site to go over my options /prices to replace the unit. Within days I had a new unit installed. We have continued to use the Company for regular A/C check-ups and when we experienced an outage in our A/C unit in the heat of summer, the Company had the problem fixed by 1 pm the day I called to report the issue. It is very clear that Total Air & Heat pride themselves on quality work and keeping their commitments to appointment windows.

Great job! I called another company,left a message and the never called me back! I called Total and they answered and said that they were able to help that same day but not until after 6pm. But, they did say that they would call me if a tech was available. 30 min. later, they called back with an available tech! The tech was friendly and courteous and explained the situation clearly and the work was done within an hour. I gave the price an A because I had no idea what was wrong with our unit. I was expecting this huge repair bill so I was relieved that it was less than $300. I would definitely call Total Air & Heat in the future!

Total Air's crew as the most professional and well trained A/C crew I've ever used, and after living in Dallas Fort Worth for 26 years I've seen quite a few. They were on time, did everything they said they would do, did a great job of explaining it to me, kept the place clean while they worked, and appeared to cover a lot of small details that don't get done by other contractors. The only thing I'm uncertain about is the price. I bought a top of the line system with a 10 year guarantee, so it is naturally going to cost quite a bit more than the cheaper system it was replacing, but I have to be honest and say I did not do a lot of comparison shopping and pricing information on A/C units is not easy to come by without actually getting someone to come in your home for an estimate. A big hassle. Because of that I'm just leaving pricing as ''N/A'' because I don't really know if their high price is a good price.

I was pleased with this maintenance call. I felt comfortable with the technician and the information he provided.

TOTAL'S REPRESENTATIVE REPLIED QUICKLY TO OUR INITIAL INQUIRY AND WAS AVAILABLE WITHIN A DAY OR SO FOR AN APPOINTMENT AT OUR CONVENIENCE. THEIR REP SHOWED UP ON TIME, HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HIS BID WAS WITHIN $150 OF THE LOWEST BID. HE THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED THE FURNACE AND OPTIONS AND WE WOULD HAVE BEEN COMFORTABLE USING TOTAL IF WE HADN'T HAD A SLIGHTLY LOWER BID FROM AN EQUALLY COMPETENT COMPETITOR.

GOOD SERVICE. STAYED LATE UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE. VERY NICE PEOPLE.
