Lloyd was amazing. A true professional. It is hard to come by people who are not after money these days. He was honest and advised that the damages to the roof would not warrant a replacement - primarily given the age of the roof. I will definitely hire him for my next roof work.

I called Tiger Roofing on January 23, 2013 to ask if it was possible for them to come out the next day to give me an estimate as I had that day off from work. I explained I had a leak that appeared to come from a roof vent. After speaking with Lloyd, he said he would arrange his schedule to accommodate me and would complete the work right away. He communicated with me on the day the work was done to keep me informed of when he would arrive. They removed 3 existing vents and closed the holes and installed 2 new vents of superior quality. Lloyd explained why it’s important to have the proper venting and type of vent. He also removed a satellite dish for me.

A storm with high winds had just pass through the area. I noticed that I had a few shingles on the ground. I called Lloyd Fruge of Tiger Roofing to come out and give me an estimate. I had already had my insurance guy give me an estimate. Lloyd was quite busy because of the storm. Lloyd came out a day or two after I called. He did an inspection and made an estimate (less than that of the insurance adjuster). I was pleased with the price and had him do the job on the first visit.

My realtor recommended Lloyd Fruge. She has known him for over 30 years. I bought a home in July 2011, and the inspector identified several items that needed to be addressed. Lloyd fixed all of the items. He also thoroughly inspected my roof to see if there were any additional items I should be aware of. Everything he found he made sure to have me look at and explained any issues that could be caused later if the problem was not addressed. He would even give me information about the pros and cons of addressing an issue and when it might need to be addressed by. One of the most important things he identified was that my home had no turbine vents. He explained to me why those are better than the vents I had (which had no turbine). I also asked him if I should invest in an attic fan. He explained the cost of that and that the cost outways the benefit. I saved money by installing turbine vents instead. In addition, we were going through 105+ degree weather at the time, so installing turbine vents was an important investment. He was not pushy. He told me the cost and let me know I could go without them until I was ready to install them. I had them installed that day. I have felt extremely secure knowing that I have a solid roof with no leaks because of this fabulous man...and that I am saving money on cooling costs now that the heat can be pulled out of the attic. In October we had a hail event in my area. I called Lloyd to ask if I could schedule a time to have him look at my roof to see if there was damage that needed to be fixed. He did this without me needing to be present and called and left me a detailed message letting me know that everything was fine. Simply put, this is the man to have do your roof. He is honest, trustworthy, and willing to explain what he does in detail so you understand what you are paying for.

It went very well! This guy is great. He came highly recommended by many people. He is very good at what he does. He was very timely with his work. He had a fair price and the job was professionally done. He is a very honest guy! I highly recommend him.

I have known Lloyd Fruge for at least seven years. He is the most honest, thorough roof repairman you could ever find. I called him to put me on the list and he came within a week. (If it is an emergency you need to tell him that and he will come right away.) I asked him to inspect and repair anything he found on the roof. He went up and came down with a short list of things to fix and he gave me a price on the spot. He did the work in about 40 minutes. You can trust him to find everything that is wrong with your roof and fix it the first time. I have never had a roof leak since he has been our roofer. He has made many excellent recommendations over the years (such as installing whirlybirds instead of electric attic fans) and I never hesitate to tell him to go ahead and take care of whatever is wrong. I have also never had any rodents in my attic since he has been maintaining our roof and fixing all those little holes. Lloyd is a very nice man and I hope he never retires.

We called Lloyd and he was at the house 2 days later. He gave us an estimate on the spot and let us know that he had the time to do the work that day. He was personable, honest about the work and professional. He replaced flashing that was incorrectly installed and replaced several shingles. After being highly recommended to us by a neighbor, we would highly recommend him to others.

I know roof work is expensive, but Lloyd is less expensive than previous companies I've used. I gave him a B in punctuality because he's often so busy working it can take a little longer for him to come out and do the work. If it's an emergency he'd show up in a heartbeat. He's very courteous, personable, and honest and I'd highly recommend him to others!

LLOYD FRUGE WAS PLEASANT AND SEEMED HONEST. HE WAS WILLING TO DO THIS SMALL REPAIR JOB, WHERE A LOT OF ROOFING COMPANIES COULDN'T BE BOTHERED.
