Description of Work: We had some movement controlled lighting installed by a landscaper that never worked. Dick Bartell was not only capable of fixing a problem that the installer was incapable of repairing but he also helped us find some great automatic lighting for our front yard. Mr. Bartell really understood what we wanted and did a great job finding items that were both beautiful and practical.
