Description of Work: Bathroom remodel: replace bathtub, shower and sink faucets, replace toilet, replace sink.

Description of Work: They came back out for a follow up on a plumbing project they did.

Description of Work: Todd Radcliff from the Plumbing Group came out to reconfigure pipes in our wall moving them from about 16" apart to about 8" apart in order for the pipes to fit into a new vanity we had purchased. He reconnected with a right angle PVC pipe then using an elbow PVC connector then a straight PVC pipe with an open end where "A/C residual" would come out and collect in a tupperware container. He did this on the pipe to the left and a pipe to the right where both straight PVCs were open. The right angle PVC was supposed to be parallel to the floor when connected to the elbow PVC but wasn't it was at a downward angle and NOT sealed. I come home from work on a Friday to find that I have a water spot on my ceiling about the size of a dinner plate, touch it and it's wet. I call Todd says he's in Austin and to call a 24 hour guy and this "isn't my problem". The 24 hour company Classic Plumbing (which I highly recommend) is out within 30 minutes. The technician takes one look at the problem, sees an empty tupperware container, takes a look at a non-sealed, downward facing right angle PVC pipe that ultimately has two exposed openings and says, "if this was my completed job and my boss saw me leave a job like this, he would fire me on the spot! You have water running down the wall from where this connection is not sealed and the angle of the connectors which is why you have water collecting in your master bedroom ceiling." Classic Plumbing speaks to Todd once the problem was fixed and Todd still says "this is NOT my problem" once I am back on the phone with him. After spending a day lost from work dealing with the insurance adjuster and Dry Force who is trying to dry my sub-floors out so we don't have a mold issue, I now have about $6,500 in damage to my house because of someone who is clearly either incompetent or just plain lazy. Being the customer and having someone tell you, "it's not my problem" isn't really a way to endear yourself to someone who is writing you a check for your services. Buyer beware on The Plumbing Group!

Description of Work: I had some trouble with the hose and piping under my kitchen sink. They told me it was a problem with the curve pipe which gets too much air accumulated inside it. We don't use it often. It all happened because of a drought we had some time ago. They just told me to keep the water running every day for a couple of minutes to fix it and it was fixed.

Description of Work: Rinai tankless water heater installed.
