+ -1 moreBob did a fantastic job helping me sell my condo last week. This was the first property that I had owned, so I wasn't too clear on how the process worked. When I bought my place nine years ago, I had a so-so experience, because I didn't know what to expect, nor did I feel like I got the help to negotiate a good deal. Bob was totally different. Not only was he patient and answered all my questions (even the "dumb" ones), his knowledge of the DFW market and advice helped me feel confident that I was selling at a good price. I had some repairs to make before putting my place on the market, and his recommendations of contractors were excellent. The condo was on the market only a week before I had a contract for an offer too good to pass up. If I'm ever looking to buy or sell again in the DFW area, Bob and his team are at the top of my list.
